Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Written to be read, and to follow Canada's PIPEDA.

01What we collect

We collect only what an order needs:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number, so we can confirm your order and reach you if something comes up.
  • Shipping address: so the courier can deliver.
  • Order history: what you ordered and when, so we can answer questions about it, match your e-Transfer, and honor policies like the Retatrutide refund policy.

We never see or store card numbers, because we do not take cards. Interac e-Transfer payments happen inside your own bank; what we receive is the transfer and the order code you attach to it.

02Why we collect it

To fulfill orders, provide support, and keep the records a business is required to keep. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your information for anything you would not expect from placing an order.

03What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. Your information is shared only where fulfilling your order requires it (the courier gets the delivery address) or where the law requires it.

04Cookies and analytics

This site is cookie-light. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand page performance and traffic; they do not follow you around the web, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

05Storage and retention

Order records are stored with access limited to the people who fulfill orders and provide support. We keep them for as long as needed to support your orders and meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

06Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@deer.supply from the address on your order and we will handle the request. If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
