Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more anywhere in Canada. Below that, a flat $25 shipping fee applies. The rate you pay is always shown in the cart and checkout review before you place the order.

We ship Canada-wide, to every province and territory. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer, and the clock starts when your payment is matched to your order. From there, allow about 24 hours of preparation, then up to 2 business days in transit. Orders leave on scheduled dispatch windows, so your estimated arrival date is calculated from the next window after your payment clears. The estimate appears in the cart, at checkout, and on your confirmation page.

Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the contents or the nature of the products.

You can check any order at Track an Order. If something looks delayed or a package arrives damaged, email info@deer.supply with your order code and we will sort it out. Questions about the condition of a delivered package are answered in the FAQ.
