The cold pack is included to buffer temperature swings in transit, not to keep your order cold on arrival, so a melted or room-temperature cold pack is common and not a problem. Refrigerate the pens as soon as your order arrives, then give the liquid a quick look before use: the GLP medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide) should be completely clear, and KLOW should be blue.
