Everything sold on this site is a research supply, sold strictly for personal research and educational purposes. The full wording is in the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring these products as research supplies.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we match your Interac e-Transfer payment to it and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where required limits apply (such as the 30-day HGH supply limit) or where payment cannot be matched; declined orders that have been paid are refunded in full. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change, but never for an order already placed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deer Supply & Research is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it. You are responsible for how you store, handle, and use anything you purchase, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which we operate. Any dispute will be resolved in Canadian courts.
