These peptides are stable at room temperature and are made to tolerate the warmth and temperature swings that are normal in shipping. In fact, heat-study testing has shown they stay stable, sterile, and fully potent even after extreme heat, about 54°C (130°F), for five days on top of a week at room temperature. The cold pack is included to buffer temperature swings in transit, not to keep your order cold on arrival, so a melted or room-temperature cold pack is common and not a problem. Refrigerate the pens as soon as your order arrives, then give the liquid a quick look before use: the GLP medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide) should be completely clear, and KLOW should be blue.
