What products does Deer offer?
Deer focuses on peptide pens for weight loss, including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide. Select recovery peptides and HGH packages are also available.
How do the weight-loss GLP options differ?
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 option. Tirzepatide targets GLP-1 and GIP pathways. Retatrutide is a third-generation option designed around GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon pathways.
What is a variable-dose pen?
A variable-dose pen lets you set how much you inject, rather than the pen deciding for you. Every Deer pen is one: you can dial any dose on your schedule, from the smallest starting dose up to the highest dose the schedule reaches, or the strength of the pen if that is lower, so a single pen covers your whole titration. The name-brand pens, Ozempic® and Mounjaro®, are the opposite. They are designed to deliver only one preset dose, so every time your dose changes you need a different pen. Follow the instructions included with your pen to set the dose, and the dosing schedule on the product page for what that dose should be each week.
What comes with weight-loss peptide pens?
Peptide pens include pen needles, alcohol wipes, and cold packs added as a precaution. The peptides are stable at room temperature, and the cold pack is an added safeguard in transit.
Are the pens safe to use?
Yes. Deer pens are made to order in our own lab in Ontario, from medical-grade components only, filled and finished with sterilized components and handled under strict laboratory procedure at every step. Each batch is then tested against stringent specifications for sterility, purity, endotoxins, mass and volume, and pH, so what is in the pen is what the label says and it is packaged correctly. The result is a pharmaceutical-grade final product. Those steps exist so that what reaches you is both safe to use and able to do its job: the right molecule, at the right strength, free of contaminants. Every tested batch ships with a certificate of analysis from an independent third-party lab, hosted by the lab itself so you can verify it at the source. We are confident enough in the result that Retatrutide is backed by a money-back guarantee: weigh in three times a week for your first 30 days and, if you have not seen progress, send it back for a refund of what you paid, less a $25 handling fee. The details are at deer.supply/guarantee.
What recovery and enhancement products are available?
Deer offers select recovery peptides, NAD+, KLOW packages, and HGH options. Enhancement kits include supplies for 12 injections, HGH kits include supplies for 30 injections, and KLOW 80mg includes supplies for 30 injections.
How are the capsules supplied?
Every capsule here comes as one sealed bottle of 100 capsules. The strength per capsule is on the label and on the product page.
Are there limits on HGH orders?
HGH is offered in 30-day packages. Because the product has a 45-day shelf life, orders are limited to 30 days of supply per person.
Where is Deer's lab?
Deer's lab is in Ontario, Canada, and orders ship from Canada to every province.

Ordering, shipping, and policies
What is your refund policy?
Our flagship Retatrutide product includes an eligibility-based money-back policy. Track your weight at least 3 times per week through your first 30 days, and if you do not see progress you can return your medication for a refund of what you paid, less a $25 handling fee. The full terms and how to claim are at deer.supply/guarantee. Eligibility and individual results depend on health factors, dosing, and adherence. For everything else, orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of payment; unshipped orders are refunded in full.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more anywhere in Canada. Otherwise, a $15 shipping fee applies. Your estimated arrival date appears in the cart and checkout review.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Deer does not accept insurance, and orders cannot be submitted to a plan for reimbursement. These products are sold for research purposes only and are not approved by Health Canada, so they sit outside insurance and prescription coverage entirely. Payment is made directly at checkout. What we can do instead is price: Deer is built to be an extremely affordable alternative for people who have no drug coverage, or whose coverage was denied, which is why a Deer pen costs a fraction of what the same milligrams cost at a pharmacy.
My package arrived warm. Is the product still okay?
Almost always, yes. A warm package does not mean the product has been compromised. These peptides are stable at room temperature and are made to tolerate the warmth and temperature swings that are normal in shipping. In fact, heat-study testing has shown they stay stable, sterile, and fully potent even after extreme heat, about 54°C (130°F), for five days on top of a week at room temperature. The cold pack is included to buffer temperature swings in transit, not to keep your order cold on arrival, so a melted or room-temperature cold pack is common and not a problem. Refrigerate the pens as soon as your order arrives, then give the liquid a quick look before use: the GLP medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide) should be completely clear, and KLOW should be blue. Do not use any of them if you notice cloudiness, floating particles, a color change, or a cracked pen or broken seal. If anything looks off, email info@deer.supply and we will help.
