In full: our flagship Retatrutide product includes an eligibility-based money-back policy. Track your weight at least 3 times per week, and if you do not see progress you can return your medication for a full refund. Eligibility and individual results depend on health factors, dosing, and adherence.

This policy applies to Retatrutide only. It is not a guarantee of any result; it is a refund policy for eligible orders where progress was tracked and not seen.

Email info@deer.supply with your order code and your weigh-in log (a smart-scale export or a simple dated list both work). We review eligibility, confirm the return, and issue the refund to your original payment method once the return is received.

Most orders have a 30-minute grace period after payment. Within that window, email info@deer.supply with your order code and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After the grace period, cancellations are reviewed case by case, because we try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We always make a best effort to honour a cancellation, but once an order is being prepared or has shipped it may not be possible. Any refund goes back to your original payment method, and orders that have not been paid yet simply expire.

Outside the Retatrutide policy above, shipped orders are not refundable once opened, because these are research supplies whose integrity cannot be verified after the seal is broken. Unopened products may be eligible for return at our discretion; contact us before sending anything back. If an order arrives damaged or something is wrong with it, email us with photos and your order code and we will make it right.
